One saddlebag bracket deformed/unusable. Face plates not gloss as requested, one face plate heavily scratched-needed refinishing.

On May 18th I placed an order for the lower fairing with 6.5 speaker kit. When I placed this order I specifically asked if mounting hardware came with it. Your rep told me yes it did. When the kit arrived I anxiously opened it to get started putting it on my bike. There was no mounting hardware or instructions. But what was in there was also the pocket inserts with leather covers that I did not need. Maybe I misunderstood my order when I asked for the fairing with speaker pods. I called the next day and was told my hardware would be shipped out immediately which was a lie because I was called 2 days later to be informed that my order did not get shipped. This was the Friday before Memorial day. Eight.days gone by since my original order was shipped incorrectly. I requested it be sent next day delivery and with Monday being a Holiday I wouldn't receive it till Tuesday. That didn't set real well with me and my bad side showed up to put his 2 cents worth in. Well guess what guys, my bad side is still hanging around because I have yet to receive that hardware and this is June 1, 14 days since I placed the original order. Ordered parts that stated "In Stock". I kept checking to see if they shipped; after a few days I messaged them only to find out that they SHOULD have sent me an email stating that the parts were back ordered more than a month out. Checking back periodically the site still stated "In Stock". I informed them of this but it was never fixed. I feel that's misrepresentation of product to the customer. I will not purchase from this company again.

Bags are advertised as fully assembled when bags arrived 4 days late they were not assembled and they were 93-13 Bags and they had sent me a one touch latch kit for 14-17 Bags which would not work. Spent a lot of money just to end up back at harley spending more to get my bike finished for a deadline event

Ordered a trailer hitch.Shows up in box with no paperwork at all, no parts list, no instructions on install, NOTHING. Had to call to find out I am missing parts. Had to send a pic of parts i received ??? "it's our policy sir". And the hardware I need is on back order.. Very disappointed, would not recommend.....
