these are very disappointing to say the least, wrong screws included for the mounting of the latches, tumblers fell out of the cheap lock set, and the latches dont even stay in the closed position unless they are locked,,,,, will be passing along to all my friends,,,,

Order was placed 17 days ago and I still have not received it yet . It's not estimated to be here till the 19th day . Ask me again after I receive the head light

Site and purchase and were easy to use. On the other hand yhe 4" extended saddlebags and softail mounting kit fit and finish are bad. I wish I had went with a more expensive brand. The directions were awful and all over the place, not all of the hard ware to put the bags together was supplied, and the fit is overall cheap and rattly. Maybe I got a bad batch or an already returned setup? And I am a mechanic that restores old cars and motorcycles so I know my way around wrenches to say the least.

Order halomaker headlight. I never received a confirmatiin email. I waited 5 business days and never received a package. When i called in i was told the product was back ordered for 7 days. I waited 8 days and called in to make sure it was being shipped. I was told they didnt get enough of the lights in so my order wasnt filled, but they promised it would be shipped that following Tuesday. I called at 845 that Tuesday night and my order still wasn't shipped out. Next tike I'll pay the extra money and get from jp cycles.
