VW JETTA 2013 install interior light and blew fuse? Should I remove the fuse prior to installation.

The website sucks... I bought the bulb the website told me would fit my car and it definitely was not the right bulb. So I sent them back in exchange for some different bulbs its been 3 weeks have not gotten the first update and don't know where my lights are... Way to go HID extra

I didn't get the right pair one ice blue(like I wanted) and one is only 5,000 k...I request to get a new pair of 10,000 k ice blue ones

I had professional automotive electrical technicians install the top of the line Hidextra hid's that I bought. And all I have to say is this: Hidextra's customer service is horrible, they were pretty much unresponsive when told their code light cancellers were not working. Moreover, despite the fact that they imply their products are German made they are all made in china and the hids suck - I got better and brighter light out of the halogens I was replacing. The biggest disappointment really though was Hidextras complete lack of interest in trying to help the techs installing my lights. My recommendation? Do not purchase hids from these people!

I orderd the HIDs for my Mercedes Benz 2014 , when I received them they did not work . I put in the make , model and year of my car the they told me these elwill work . No such luck . Anyhow I tried to call the company to talk to some one, don't even wast your time no one will call you back . In the end I sold the lights to a friend for his car , there customer service is yet to be built
