Trying to return the product has proven to be a huge hassle. it's taken a week to respond to my email and NO EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. and when you finally sent the return label it was for a flat rate envelope of which the product will not fit, I had to pay for the return label as well. I will never order anything from you again

My lights didn't work, had to purchase additional hardware, lights still didn't work, can not get refund?
