Bulbs were to larger on back had modify my retaining rings to get them over the plug on the back. Not near as bright as other cheaper hid bulbs I have had in the past. 👎🏻...$204 💩

Bought the 10,000k Deep Blue HIDs for my 2003 Dodge Ram. Got the 35w ballast with them. Ordered the capacitors and relay harness along with them. Installed them with the relay harness, and they just kept on flickering. Installed them with the capacitors, stopped the flickering, but lamp out warning was still on. When I first installed the HIDs they were a very nice blue color, I loved them, now they're a plain white color, and I hate it. Going back to my regular headlights here soon, or might get some LEDs instead. Very unpleased.

This is my second set. The first set the high beams burnt out after about a month the regular low beams worked for about 2 years then one died completely. one fog light bulb cracked not sure how or why. The Second set the passenger high beam is already out only been in about 2 weeks. also have had the regular low beam out An have to click them on an off several times to get working. I've checked connections they all seem tight An connected. Not sure why I have the bad luck with these lights. When these burn out think I'll try another company. At 70$ for replacement bulbs. You'd think it'd be better quality

Your customer service is on point, maybe too good. You guys ship replacement parts/etc quick and really without much question or asking for failed part returned. My big issue, the products sold are poorly made, the QA/QC with the bulbs and ballast is very lacking. I had 2 ballast not work at all, and bulb colors weren't exactly the same. Ended up removing all of it and going back stock headlights with LED fogs. It was fun messing around with these but if I do it again, I'll go with a different brand and set-up.

Normally I never have an issue with your aigjy but I rentlu ordered a set of fog lights and there the wrong color and I'm still waiting for a response from.customer service also the ballasts I purchased 4 months ago one is already bad and the second one has a flicker hopefully we can resolve this issue
