His has been decent to deal with and they seem to be trying to help, but their shipping has failed miserably. Its been over 2 weeks I still haven't seen my parts. The first attempt UPS tried to charge me for shipping which was already paid in full. On the second attemp I hope they get it right and the product is going to be worth the wait. At this point I'm not sure what will happen.

This is over my 10th Opt-7 product I have purchased. For myself or a friend to install. From headlights to accent lighting I have bought it all. Purchased my first set of underglow lighting earlier this year of 2020 to see if I liked them on my new truck. I did and got a lot of compliments. So I ripped out the complete half attempted install and donated them to a friend. So I ordered a complete set again with a 2nd set with the Y Splitter to run 8 light bars under my Ram 2500. Worked fine for a week and now then work then will shut off then come back on. So I chased the wiring to make sure it wasn’t an error on my end. After unrolling 100+ feet of electrical tape and wire conduit all wiring was completely fine and without error. Checked my connections next. Solid connections directly to my primary battery (since diesels have two). Words cannot describe how irritated and disappointed I am with this product. It’s well under 30 days and under their warranty but all the time I have wasted installing it and going above and beyond to secure and protect the wiring just to have to unravel it all; not even worth the great looking accent feature it gave my truck to send it back for a warranty defect exchange. I finally made an account for the website too since I had projected to purchase even more accent light to incisive interior and wheel well lighting but this dreadful experience has put a stop to that. I hope and pray no one else is super OCD like me and installs their electrical like I do only to have something go horribly wrong and waste their time and money.
