Latch bolt needs grinding down for a padlock to pass through a little frustrating, but still a good product.

Great rack. Poor packaging as eco tape wasn’t stuck very well to inadequate box and arrived with gaping hole in it, fortunately nothing missing only two dented slats. Impossible to contact Dometic and instructions poor

Very happy with the service. Customer service is very helpful with questions I had when ordering. Bit slow with responses. Takes a few days. Overall very happy. Will be ordering again.

As always a great service with quality products. Unfortunately on this delivery as described in my sticker review the sticker sheet in my order was pressed into a box to small to accommodate it so spoiled some of the stickers. Normally first class packaging on all of my previous orders. I am a Massive fan of Front Runner products for their stylish functionality.

One of the two bolts for the wind fairing was an Allen-style bolt with a smaller head than the other, although the thread did fit. Having a load rating for the slim sport rack would be extremely useful for safety standards. A good-looking rack and ladder with minimal wind noise. I like my purchases.
