Damaged on arrival still waiting for a replacement

Poor customer service and poor product knowledge

My order arrived in separate deliveries. The delivery arrived late. Front Runner didn’t seem interested and were no help other than providing a tracking number.

Kevin is a very friendly guy, but I think it's the engineers department that need to look at sending out longer bolts and the design.

Customer service from the UK is sadly lacking, even by email.
