I purchased the cover for my new 2004 Harley. The cover was then transferred to my new 2012 Harley. The tape on the inside that covered the seems was falling apart (after 20 years). I contacted DOWCO to check my options on getting a new cover. Long story short, they replaced it with a brand new cover. I had proof of purchase and complied with their warrantee procedure. Now that's a company that stands behind their "lifetime" warrantee! Great cover, Great company!!!

Excellent warranty service , I recieved my cover faster than i thought

This is my second cover I’ve bought from dowco the first one I bought is still in service it covers my triumph Bonnie that cover is about 7 years old still works pretty good. The one I just bought covers my Harley road glide both fit great these are in my opinion the best covers they are a little spendy but I would not buy anything else if you use it in the rain. Thank you dowco!
