I think you have a great product. It's thick and should last a good long time, even in this Texas sunlight. I guess we will see, and if it does begin to fail we'll test that warranty. But I do have one complaint. I wrote in to customer service after receiving the cover with a concern about sizing. I used the bike specific list to order my size. It seems to be one size too small going by the sizing video. No one has ever returned my email. Customer service is a key confidence point for me when establishing a long-term relationship.

No hassle, filled out the online form and shipped off section of old cover and within about 2 weeks had a new cover.
