Caveat Emptor
Calls unanswered, promised call backs never occurred. Support emails responded to saying you will hear from a support rep in two business days went unanswered - ever. Vague time frames when LRA provided very specific delivery dates. Promises to keep you informed unfulfilled. Sold inventory that was told was on hand but wasn’t - purchase made at the AZ store and walked the shop with the sales person and tech. I get delays, but shitty communications and deceitful practices aren’t a business I want to work with. In the course of trying to get info I found others who had the same experience with the company.
It is a-shame as I had otherwise good experiences with the company, the products and they had a middle of the road reputation.
