Calls unanswered, promised call backs never occurred. Support emails responded to saying you will hear from a support rep in two business days went unanswered - ever. Vague time frames when LRA provided very specific delivery dates. Promises to keep you informed unfulfilled. Sold inventory that was told was on hand but wasn’t - purchase made at the AZ store and walked the shop with the sales person and tech. I get delays, but shitty communications and deceitful practices aren’t a business I want to work with. In the course of trying to get info I found others who had the same experience with the company. It is a-shame as I had otherwise good experiences with the company, the products and they had a middle of the road reputation.

Poor design

Do better, installation instructions are non existent on site.

Lost item, and has not rectified the situation.

Box didn't include all the necessary parts. Awaiting parts. Such an inconvenience.
