Product Damaged by shipper / Poor Packaging by Owl

Product damaged in shipment, still waiting to hear from Owl after 7 days of warranty ticket submission. Poor product packaging by Owl contributed to damage during transit.

Good products, not pleased with the customer experience.

I like the site and the products overall, but my customer service experience was severely lacking. I understand that some products might be out of stock, but this should be reflected on the website itself before ordering. Part of my order was shipped and the out of stock items were just left out. No email, no text, no phone call, nothing. When I called about the missing items Iwe’re just left out. No email, no text, no phone call, nothing. When I called about the missing items I was told that they would ship when back in stock and it should be within the next week. It was almost 2 1/2 months before I received my items. Like I said, I like the products, but if you are going to sell items that you do not have in stock, you should definitely let people know that they will not be receiving them in a timely manner.

Parts stock issues

I have called before I have ordered the part that I need and they told me it’s in the stock. That was the only reason I have ordered it Three weeks later. I’m still waiting for my part to be shipped. I still think on their website part description said in stock.

Forgotten

Unfortunately, my order did not show up after 3-4 weeks and I did not receive any updates. I had to track it down but here was no way in the Shopify app to check on status. I called Owl twice and left messages with no response. I emailed Owl and got a quick response and quick resolution. I don't have confidence the info from Shopify is getting to Owl so they can fulfill orders promptly. I also feel there should be a way to track status.

out of date video no call back

I bought a product. went online for installation instructions. The video instructions didn't match the parts that came with my product. I called customer support in two locations , one national one local. I never got a call back from either place.
