Ordering the product is easy, trying to get help afterwards is impossible. I've been trying for months to get ahold of someone that will help and have gotten nowhere.

I’ve come to realize I installed the top portion improperly, but I know now that it’s because the rod the tarp rolls around was cut to short from the factory and that hadnt occurred to me at the time. So the tarp rubs on the sides as it rolls in and the spring tension is set very high so that it will roll in properly with the extra friction. I couldn’t have made it any wider with what was provided. Looking back I should have called right away and gotten assistance, but frankly I called 2 times without anyone returning my call before the purchase online so I didn’t feel like it would do any good. Also if I had talked to a real person there is no way that I would have gotten an armless tarper from the start. Now I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work well, but that was more expensive than I can see throwing away and buying something better

Was happy with price and service, however tarp ripped on the first load and I had to duct tape it.

It was horrible I put an order waited 3 weeks it did not show up called and asked about and all they said was sorry so canceled my order

The diameter of the rubber ring that I purchased is too small. Will not protect my existing flanges wouldn't be worth returning items
