I ordered and upon completion of the order online I had a screen shot of what I'd ordered. It's not what I received. I called and the woman who took the call only wanted to up sell me on a product that I had already bought. She stated that the invoice was right and that I was wrong. The problem was never revisited. I feel she was not professional in the way she dealt with my order. Horrible when I look for a vendor to support my fleet of trucks, and won't assist me. All the money lost over $60 or so. Your website is not Android friendly, which was part of the issue. Thanks anyway.

The system I ordered was steel. The system I got was aluminum. The customer was needing it quickly so I had no choice but to use it. We had intended to bend the arms to fit the truck we were installing it on. We ended up installing the straight arms and I had to order some elbows to be installed later and pay for them out of my pocket. There was no instructions and some of the bolts were missing. We had to go online and find a rotary switch wiring diagram. And finally, I've ordered a few systems from you guys and every time the shipping costs go up. Not just a little, quite a bit. Its not been a good experience.

after one month,still waiting for order to be completed.notified carolina of missing parts,was assured situation would be remedied.it hasnt been.no one has contacted me with an update. zero stars
