I was suggested a certain size for my truck. When I installed, tarp was short. I ordered the correct size and was told I would get a return lable, but never did. Based on the value of the tarp, it wasn’t worth paying for shipping.

product as it should be, quality like all other competitors but others are able to provide customers with correct invoices instead of giving silly answers on request e-mails

None of the measurements are correct. I would never buy a tarp here again. The rows of d rings go up and down like waves. And are too far apart.

On the first use almost every gromet came apart. It seems they are made of brass. Not good for the tarp. I will not buy another tarp from your company.

I've been purchasing tarps for years from you but the last tarp lasted one week. Not sure why nothing hit it. Driver said it just started splitting at the seam.
