Very fast on shipping but left out one of my tarps. They fix it quick and got me the other one within 3days

Material not as durable as I had hoped. New damage every time I used them. Next time I will buy heavier tarps for my applications.

When I ordered the tarps I was told 7-10 days for delivery. This was 2 weeks before I started cutting rice. I called midway thru the season and was told I wouldn’t get the tarps until November. “No one contacted you?”. I requested a refund as I only had a week or two left of harvest at that time. My tarps showed up a couple weeks after I got done with harvest. The tarps may be fine, but I won’t know until next year. The turnaround time and customer service is the main issue. If I had known I would not have had my tarps until after harvest I definitely would have ordered somewhere else.
