Original shipment was missing all of the hardware. The switch we were provided was faulty. Spoke to Carolina tarps and they agreed and sent a replacement. Sent the wrong replacement switch. The product is fine. The service and lack of attention to providing the correct items very frustrating.

Everything is just like it was described other than they shipped to my bill to which doesn't do me any good

The tarps that I purchase don't last as long as they should. They have a bad habit of coming apart at the sewn seams where the grommets are. That renders them useless.

The quality of the material doesn't seem To be very good

The material is good but the rest just plane sucks the seams are not eaven straight the flap on the ends only laps over by 4 -5 inches not enough in high wind conditions keep blowing out it is going to be a bigger concern now that the weather is changing Going to have to change the tarps so that the product that I haul that needs to be tarped can stay dry Could be a good tarp if quality control was there and if they redesigned the drop
