The holder is great! The installation instructions are lacking. I have one in another car that is an older model. They attach different and a note to say the attachment to the vent unscrews to work.

Shipping was slow and way overpriced and the price of the item was way too high for what it was. Shipping on something as simple as a suction cup which could have been dropped into the same envelope it was shipped in and sent first class for under a buck and in far less time than FedEx delivered it should not be $5. That’s 25% of the cost of and already overpriced replacement part. It wasn’t even shipped in a padded envelope. I’m only giving three stars instead of two because you at least make a holder that doesn’t need to go to the landfill when a simple suction cup is all it needs so well done there.
