Shipping was slow and way overpriced and the price of the item was way too high for what it was. Shipping on something as simple as a suction cup which could have been dropped into the same envelope it was shipped in and sent first class for under a buck and in far less time than FedEx delivered it should not be $5. That’s 25% of the cost of and already overpriced replacement part. It wasn’t even shipped in a padded envelope. I’m only giving three stars instead of two because you at least make a holder that doesn’t need to go to the landfill when a simple suction cup is all it needs so well done there.

I placed my order (2 orders) on May 8, the order wasn’t delivered until May 29 (tracking states May 28, but it came in a day later). It took three (3) weeks to process and be delivered. I didn’t think it was going to take that long. For normal USPS delivery to Hawaii, normally takes 3-7 days. Thank goodness my Supervisor was patient.

Only works when phone is out of the case. My case is very slim and does work in other wireless charges in the case so if you keep your phone in a case don't buy.
