The adhesive for the magnetic ring is weak and pulled right off after taking my phone off the first few times. I had to use Permatex, an automotive sealant, to reapply back on to mount which has been holding up very strong. The rotating arm is supposed to be locked after you push down on the suction cup lever but it broke and swings freely from side to side. Did I forget to mention this all happened within the hour I received the product? Piece of expensive junk phone mount. My search continues!

I have sent messages and not heard back from anyone yet. I have ordered these 4 times now, and it is still not correct according to their description online, or on the box itself as well. WILL NOT WORK AS STATED>

Great product but the worst customer service. If this product is going to be able to continue they need to completely revamp their customer service and support. Careful buying on line, product packaging is misleading.

I received by Bracketron shipment below, but the T-adapter ball joint was missing. Please respond via e-mail with information on including this missing part in another shipment to me.

I just wanna know why nobody is getting back to me about where my phone is. I ordered it in the middle of last month.
