I have sent messages and not heard back from anyone yet. I have ordered these 4 times now, and it is still not correct according to their description online, or on the box itself as well. WILL NOT WORK AS STATED>

Great product but the worst customer service. If this product is going to be able to continue they need to completely revamp their customer service and support. Careful buying on line, product packaging is misleading.

I received by Bracketron shipment below, but the T-adapter ball joint was missing. Please respond via e-mail with information on including this missing part in another shipment to me.

Your bracket broke in half within 3 days. Then you tell me I have to pay for shipping back and thats it? Your customer service is trash and your products are expensive scrap metal
