First the ATV was shipped in a metal frame that was broken in several places. The welds were broken. The axle wasn’t attached to anything. It was obviously sent in that condition because it was covered in shrink wrap. One of the swingarm pivot bearings was missing so I had to buy another. It would have ripped itself apart without it. I’ve yet to finish going through the entire assembly to see what else is missing or damaged. I would reach out to the shop but they ignored me initially communication attempts in the beginning.

Very poor customer service, the advertisement on the website said free assembly, they tried to charge me two hundred dollars, after negotiating I only paid one hundred. . . I ordered an unassembled bike but they didn't have one unassembled.
