They told me that my order would be received in 5 days maximum 7 days, I placed the order on the 17th and it would arrive at 31 days of the month and my package will still not arrive.

Bike was damaged

many hick ups. in delivery and title. I am not sure of quality.

Emailed them to try to see where my order was and got the same response everytime- "our driver will arrive with your order soon". I need up having to actually call them. When I did, they hung up twice before responding. When they actually decided to puck up the phone, the lady I spoke to picked up the phone and automatically had an attitude. I told her I was wondering where my order was and gave her my order number. She told me to give her a second and then a few minutes later she told me she would have to call back to see what was going with my order. She never did. That was one of the reasons thag made me decide to cancel my order. Another one was the reviews I didn't read before purchasing my order. When I called back the next day to cancel my order, they quickly told me that my bike-what I ordered- was in the shop ready for delivery. I also got an email few minutes latet that gave me an exact date of when it was coming. They only work quickly when ur canceling your order.

Missing or subpar items with go cart and never received the title or the free hoverboard that was promised. Emailed about this and never received a response.
