Everything I've ordered has been damaged from Shipping.

One of the fenders on the rear was not installed correctly, my windshield is warped, and there is a possible bearing issue on one of the rear wheels. When I called to discuss this, I was told to take a video. Mind you this noise happens when my Ice Bear is moving, so a video would not be safe.

It was slow but I got the scooter and the helmet, fully assembly and ready to go, no damage for shipping

I ordered a 2nd Vitacci Rocket. Received a call from an associate saying there would be extra fuel surcharge to NY about $120 more which they never did on the first Rocket that I ordered. Now shipping of my bike is in limbo. No response. When I called them a lady said it takes them 7-14 days to ship which is just too long, then another 7-10 days more for it to arrive, which is just too long, 3 weeks or more to get the moped.
