Product was not as described (80% complete). No assembly instructions were provided, I could not find instructions online and it was very difficult to assemble blindly. Some of the pieces did not fit.

Mini jeep is good for the price.my only complaints are the vibration at high speeds and stiff steering. Gas line was cut somehow and spilled gas everywhere. Still fun to ride though.

Customer service could of been better, but overall weren’t bad.

The bike is pretty good but its rediculous that they want you to pay $60 to receive the mco (title) for proof of ownership. All vehicles are supposed to cone with title whether they are for on or off road

product came without assembly instructions so had to use a few you tube videos and the horn went out after just 1 week - the quad is solid and speed is great -my son loves it - delivery was good as long as you follow tracking instructions- since for me the product was transferred to diff carrier so had to make appt for other carrier to deliver -reasons for 3 stars
