Wrong item sent

The ordering process and shipment went fairly smoothly, and everything arrived on time. However, upon inspection at the time of receiving the shipment, I noticed that one of the rotors was damaged. I have already contacted customer service and am currently waiting to hear back regarding my available options for return or replacement.

Not a great product due to poor fit

No product, pathetic shipping & no communication until I called customer service. . . . 9 days after product shipped have yet to receive along with 3 weeks of no communication as to why my product was not shipped only to find out after I asked that no stock available, apparently that is not a reason to notify the customer.
