Not great. I wasn’t told that you didn’t have the mats in stock and they took a while to get them and during that time we did have a storm and I tracked a lot of leaves/mud into the car on the carpets and the current carpet in mats I have so I wish somebody would’ve reached out and told me what was going on. You only did after I contacted you. So I do have another product I want to buy, but I’m a little concerned about the customer service and delivery.

How did you do? My experience sucked. Please do better.

Never received it

I received a charger that is not working for my car. I submitted an online request for return and had to pay to return the item even though it's not working for my car. I couldn't find the number to call and request a paid label.
