Not great. I wasn’t told that you didn’t have the mats in stock and they took a while to get them and during that time we did have a storm and I tracked a lot of leaves/mud into the car on the carpets and the current carpet in mats I have so I wish somebody would’ve reached out and told me what was going on. You only did after I contacted you. So I do have another product I want to buy, but I’m a little concerned about the customer service and delivery.

Have never received the order items. nor receive a callback when I left a message finding out why I have not received ordered items. What is going on?
