I received the wrong order. Contacted customer service and I still haven’t received any feedback from them

I placed an order December 20, 2020 until now I did not receive my order I requested a cancellation and I did not receive a refund I disputed the charge with my bank once I got contacted by the bank they like that I did not cancel and even though they kept my money they didn’t refund and they didn’t send me my order what a joke.

Bought them about 3-4 months ago and still havnt received them. I called and they said it was coming from Germany and it’s going through customs. 👍

I ordered a downpipe and was told it was on back order. a week later said it shipped out and gave me a delivery date. when that day came i got no package and emailed them and told me it was back ordered then gave me a refund. it frustrated me that they gave me a delivery date when it was on back order the whole time.

Certain parts were missing. When u got my package it was almost half opened and things falling out.
