Refuse to ship OR communicate back!
Order placed literally 2 weeks ago (9-18 or 9-19) with immediate payment, but status has not changed from "getting ready to ship". Not Backordered. Not fault of ups/usp, etc. After 3-4 communication attempts via chat, email, & even a "text" option on their site! To this day, not 1 call back. Not 1 text or email reply, & now I get an email from them asking me "how is the item you purchased?"! I'd LOVE to be able to actually tell you the product works great, but with no item & no attempts at all by 4Horsemen to give info, advise of item location, or even to SIMPLY APOLOGIZE to attempt to right the situation. This will be the first & LAST purchase from them, as I've even mentioned canceling the order for a refund if not shipped yet
