Extremely poor customer service

I May 2021 we purchased a go kart for our son. It arrived on a damaged shipping crate, and had several large gouges and a bent frame which does not allow the roll cage to attach securely. The gas tank was all smashed in, and one of the safety seat belts is completely non functioning. I brought these safety concerns to the company, and asked them to send at least a new has tank and seatbelt. I was told all we had were a few scratches, and if I wanted those parts I had to ship them back and it could be 3 or more months until we had parts. After reading other's warnings I see that they never send new parts and folks are left with non operational equipment. The roll cage and seatbelt are huge safety concern, but the spare tire also doesn't hold air. They offered me a $10 can of spray paint and told me basically to pound sand when I asked for new ones to be shipped or a refund of $200 to purchase new parts on my own.. It's obvious why this fraudulent company has so many names!! Buyer beware, you get what you get, and there is no customer service!

Waiting on my mirrors still that wasn’t on the mini Jeep I bought paid to have it put together and they stripped screws on it and didn’t put it all the way together and was supposed to be sending replacement parts because it don’t run and still haven’t received them either very disappointed in this company not professional at all

I am calling the Attorney General. They need to have their business licence suspended! They won't even give me their name! Dr Hale
