Wanted the blue and silver scooter and they sent me a matted blue one that looks like cheap plastic crap. They didn't even have the matted blue listed under available colors and I asked for only a blue color moped because I didn't want a black, red, yellow or orange one. Very upset they didn't follow up to make sure of what I wanted.

You need to over look the products you send out. Realistically I should be getting a $80 credit for the parts I had to buy to replace the defective parts that came with it. Also. I ordered gray. They called me and told me that they had gray coming in. I told them I would wait for a gray. They sent me white.

I ordered 2 dirtbikes from this place and one of them the light switch was broken , it was missing a right foot peg, front wheel bolt and spacers, gear shifter. The other bike was in really good shape except when you kick start it its slipping like something is stripped inside crankcase. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL AND SEVERAL EMAILS THEY SAY THEY HAVENT GOT MY EMAILS WHICK I SENT TO "SALES@360POWERSPORTS.COM AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING! I URGE ANYONE NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF FROM THESE PEOPLE!
