it took too long to ship, you had no tracking information until i requested it, you didnt even send me the right product, now you havent given me a refund and simply said you wanted to give me the right part instead. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

This whole experience has been absolutely terrible. The machines we helped our sons purchase with their own money not only run terrible but are 2022 models and are labeled as new. The fuel lines came cracked on the ATV's, and they are reviewed to go up to 30 mph and barely go 10 mph. I would never recommend buying from this company.

Scooter came with scratches in n windshield. Reported it as soon as got it unpacked but because didn’t report it the same day as it was delivered the won’t do anything about it. Bought 2 trike scooters so took a while to get too the second one. Had carburetor problem that was reported at the same time and they replaced it.

Sent the wrong item and then wanted to charge me to return and a restocking fee
