When my Christmas gift arrived for my husband, he rode it 5 minutes and one of the main bolts on the handlebars fell off making it very dangerous to ride. I called the store and the representative acted unbothered and simply sent a text with the return policy. I been emailing corporate and they are trying to charge me a $1,000 to come pick the bike up. I will report this to the BBB. I got warranty on this bike and had it financed for a reason and now I’m being charged $1,000 for them to pick up or if I drive to Arlington, I’d only have to pay almost $700 only. This company is not the best company to do business with and delivering faulty items. Please be careful when doing business with them.

My order was incomplete and I am still waiting on the exhaust part so I can use this thing. It did not come as advertised and the whole experience was disappointing. This is supposed to be a Christmas present and it will not be ready for Christmas. I am not happy.
