Shipping was fast would of preferred a working bike and I'm confused why I'm liable for shipping a bike back that doesn't work and I have a warranty very confused

I received my dirt bike with a nail shot through the front tire and a cracked tail light. They have done nothing to fix my bike so I have a brand new bike sitting in my garage that I haven't driven. Shipping speed wasn't terrible.

Haven’t received anything, Not even tracking number
