Cracked floorboard and layering underneath couldn't be seen till after the plastic and cardboard was taken off

I purchased a unassembled KPM RS200 all they had left was assembled one charge me extra when I received it it had a crack in a plastic fairing on the left side and they knew it was there they tried fixing it and a pinhole in the radiator hose radiator fluid all over the motor very disappointed would like to return it but I don't know how to go about it I'm that upset
