I purchased a unassembled KPM RS200 all they had left was assembled one charge me extra when I received it it had a crack in a plastic fairing on the left side and they knew it was there they tried fixing it and a pinhole in the radiator hose radiator fluid all over the motor very disappointed would like to return it but I don't know how to go about it I'm that upset

Get to know your products better. The MCO that the manufacturer placed under the seat matched the info on the bike perfectly, but it wasn't signed. The MCO that you signed and FedExed to me had the wrong company name on it. My local DMV did not want to register the bike. I had to fight to get them to do so. I shouldn't have to have gone through the hassle; it should have been a simple procedure.

Decent shipping time but never received the helmet I ordered with the bike and the bike quit working a few hours after receiving it. Would not recommend this bike.

Damaged in shipping

Cheapest around and well... Manual isn't for the scooter, communication is next to nil, sold an "out of stock" item resulting in a considerable wait time, nice ride... The vitacci 200cc won't fit a foot size 14+
