When I called the custom service to give them my vin and everything I need to get the correct part they never called me back till after the part was shipped. And when I received the package all the parts weren't even there, and when I called the custom service back to speak to them about the issue I never received a call back. Terrible service from start to finish.

"New" means what ever is in stock. In my case, its a 2021 model in 2023. Missing options that the website clearly states should be on it. Customer service was not helpful.

Was contacted and told my 2 ATV's were ready for pickup. Drove the hour to store and they were literally still being assembled so sat for an hour. Batteries were not charged prior, charger broke in first week and 50% of the time I have to jump start 4'wheeler's to get started. And reverse light on 1 of the them hasn't worked since pickup. These were bought as Xmas present. Not a good experience.

Not happy at all…. The go-kart was much smaller than I thought and cheaply made. It’s supposed to be a two seater but my 9 yr old son couldn’t fit. He was too big and he’s a normal size child. Not worth the 1400.00 dollars I payed for it. When I put it together, it wouldn’t stay running. I had to buy a different carburetor in order to get it to run. I asked for a refund and they said “ cause it was free shipping, I had to pay for it to be returned and then pay for a 6% restocking fee.” I would NOT recommend buying this kind of product or anything else form 360 power sports….

I ordered a SYX 60 CC in black/white showing in stock on the website. Gotta phone call a week later saying the only color they have available is pink.. Well my son didn't want a pink bike so they offered an RPS 60CC to take it's place along with a free helmet, I accepted and now regret it. The bike showed up without an exhaust, scuffs, scratches and rust. Sent an email requesting the exhaust at first then asked to return the bike, they responded that they will send the exhaust. I just received the exhaust ( week later) , the exhaust is used has dents, smells like gas and the header gasket is destroyed.. First and last order with this dealership, have ordered 5 other bikes from different dealerships without a problem.
