The dealership representative was the one who negotiated a buy out settlement with Diamond Kote on my behalf as I was not able to explain what was going on with my 2012 Chevy Equinox. The vehicle was deemed unsafe as the core panel of the vehicle was rusted beyond repairs. It is my understanding through the dealership that Diamond Kote performed in a professional matter in regards to my case.

I submitted my rim/tire receipt and received payment within a few days. Very fast considering it was a warranty that I had not used in the 4 years I owned my vehicle.

overall I was pleased with the warranty process.after submitting the estimate I received an approval in a timely manner.unfortunatley there was some additional work needed,critical to the repair, that wasn't included in the original est. I explained the extra cost when i submitted the final claim,but the extra cost was denied. This cost me $800,i felt this should have been covered as well. sincerely B Mansfield

Exceptional experience dealing with the claims agent and submitting my material electronically. The paper cheque issuance should be modernized into some type of electronic payment to save the client time in actually getting money in the bank.

Rust developed on my driver’s side car door when the car was only 3 years old. I brought it to Subaru’s attention and they initiated the process of contacting DK. Apparently this was difficult to do and the process stretched out for approximately 15 moths. I finally had the car rust assessed in February 2023. I received the cheque last week. Ive made the appointment for the body shop to fix the rusted area.
