While the response was quick I am still waiting for payment. At this time it would have been nice if payment had been made within a week or two.

My claim was handled reasonably efficiently and in an acceptable timeframe but my communication with customer service was not as good. They did not seem to have adequate information but they were as helpful as could be expected under the circumstances.

the service is great, but there are very few clear instructions about what the customer has to do by themselves, and no number to call to get help. i found that kind of frustrating when having to make my first claim with little to no help.

Was only paid out 75 %. Was not happy that was originally told to have it repaired locally due to no repair facility close to me then when I submitted bill was given a hard time.

i received a rock chip in the driver windshield on my way to drop off family at the airport. i called fun motor group (kia saskatoon and then sent to acura body shop) and booked an appointment immediately to have it fixed. first they stated i couldnt get in for a few weeks, but agreed after i questioned what happens if the crack spread. well they looked and said it couldn't be fixed. a guy in line suggested i go to apple auto glass. i did immediately after leaving ffun and apple had me fixed and on the road in less than an hour. i then spent the next two months trying to get a hold of kia. the manager wouldn't return my calls so i attended there location twice before i actually spoke to them. they informed me they had no knowledge of the incident. after providing all receipts and booking information they stated they would look into it. my answer was they didn't know why they didn't fix it. kia agreed to pay me back for my cost. i had waited a month for the cheque and it didnt arrive i had to call two more times and wait another two weeks. not worth the hassel
