We bought a gift card that we then used for Hulu but Hulu refuses to redeem it because we are not in the USA.

I bought an ITunes card $ 100 to a friend who need it quickly because he can’t go home due to corona.When he should use it he Get this message:»This code has already been redeemed». Your order:≠2304824. I wrote you yesterday, no hjelp.I wrote ITunes support, they say I must take contact with those who sold it an it was you. Now my friend and I are Very sorry. Noone can hjelp ☹️

Will I cant believe I got an invalid card and I had got a hold of you all to.let you know.. I sent the order number, the picture of the card and a snap of back of card saying it was invalid after trying to purchase .. So.to.me loosing a $100.00 like that was unexceptable.. You could of least offer me another card free... So I'm not sure I will try you all again. .. So Thanks for nothing... Donna

I was unable to actually purchase anything today. Refunded 3 times. I was advised that my account has a limit. I've only purchased 2 cards each less than $30. I was unaware of spending/purchasing limits. I cannot go to physical store for my purchase due to Covid-19 quarantine. I may have to try a different site to get my purchase this time. It's disappointing since I do like this site.

Amazon alega que este medio de compra no es aceptado legalmente por Amazon company y por haber comprado esta tarjeta con ustedes me han bloqueado toda la cuenta con todo el dinero que tenia alli guardado...exigieron un recibo de venta de la tarjeta que nunca pudieron enviarme
