As a new user I have a purchase limit ... Terrible!

When I used the card I said it was already used

Worst experience ever ! The card doesn't work and they are grossly unhelpful. Go elsewhere !

I have lost everything with this gift and my friend try this gift and it have to send it to me to a refund on amazon .. It didn’t work Also ..I have discuss with my the company My gift card supply and they don’t to return my account because it was place to another account ..So I have lost to make a gift to my friend $100,00 US dollar..It finish for me the gift card Regards Richard Vallee (retreated)

There was no problem with my first purchase, but I made the mistake of adding the gift card to my amazon account not realising that I can't use it for digital download purchases, so I wanted to purchase another. I tried 4 times over an hour and a half to do this, only to find out that as a new customer I have to wait days to be able to purchase again, was very frustrating and inconvenient. Customer service was no help just stated the rules and offered no solution. Was not able to purchase the download to watch on my day off. Not impressed
