Unable to help with the problem I had, asking me to do something that was impossible for me to do.

Not happy at all

I purchased a $100 STEAM gift card for a friend in Israel. Nowhere it said that inly US located users can use it . My friend cannot use the card and I asked to cancel the purchase . Because link was opened (obviously - how could we know that it won’t work?) support said I can’t get a refund . This is outrageous .saying it’s US Steam card “ is far fro making it clear that it cannot be used elsewhere . For sure I will never buy anything from your website with such poor service . I asked (twice) to speak to a senior manager and got no response
