Purchased a US iTunes card by mistake when I needed a Canadian one and apparently since I looked at the virtual card I cannot return it?

i have not received a giftcard after I bought one. After an E-Mail there was no answer after my problems and questions.

This site sells giftcards that violate Amazon's terms and conditions, is a scam and a fraud. Do not buy anithing from them, they stole my money and I got my Amazon account closed.

Have nt received it.
