Broad Ticket

easy to book

Very quick and easy to use - my one grumble is not being able to see the seat numbers prior to ticket purchase but the seats turned out to be excellent.

good! response quickly!

good

The purchase process was seamless, and our tickets were waiting for us at will call. My only issue with this system was that before purchasing, we were led to believe that our tickets would closer than they were..The tickets we received were in row Q, while those mentioned as were were purchasing were up to row L or M. Our seats were OK with no obstructed view, but beware of the promise vs the actual.
