Very good program and service

I bought two kinds of tickets. It was very good at the front seat.

Thank you for refund of my twice ordering ticket but in front of the entrance the line was too long that I was worried about being late. I wish your process to be changed efficiently.

It would be perfect if the ticket was sent online.

It was easy to buy a ticket. One thing that was not mentioned on the map of the hall and that turned out to be dissapointing and distracting is that the seats I chose were located next to the booth that was coordinating sound. I think you should make it clear to the clients to avoid unnecessary dissatisfaction. Thanks.
