Very disappointed in return policy during Covid
I purchased tickets to Skyzone back in March for my 6 year old’s birthday small party. Sadly due to Covid we had to cancel. Our ticket expiration dates were extended, but since my daughter is at high risk and schools aren’t even opening until January, I asked for a refund but was only given a credit. I was shopping on Certifikid for financial reasons in the first place and then losing my job due to Covid I just wanted a refund to give my daughter a different birthday gift. We can’t go anywhere, or be with friends, and all she wanted a blow up pool...which are also so hard to find at a reasonable price due to Covid.
I thought Certifikid would have had more of a heart and understanding.
Sad and disappointed.
