It's extremely disappointing that neither Certifikid nor the company that we purchased a coupon for will give us a refund since the original camps that we bought the coupon for have been cancelled. While the company HAS offered a very different camp option, we bought a very specific Frozen camp for my 5 year old. Neither company will take responsibility and is holding our money hostage for a product they cannot deliver. I am disappointed in the customer service and deflection from both companies. We understand that this is a trying time for companies, but it is for families as well. No solution or options were given, just "the camp is still happening...which is not the truth" It would be like signing up for a baseball camp, having them switch it to a soccer camp, and having the company floored as to why paying clients are upset that they are not receiving the product they signed up and paid for. We will not be using either company (certified or the camp) moving forward since nobody was willing to work with us.
