The Morin Khuur is of good quality, but different in the decorations compared to the one advertised on the site. . . I had chosen it precisely for those decorations and I expected to receive that. It would be nice if you changed the photo in the description. Also in the package I didn't find the resin that said there was

I ordered a while ago and I am still waiting for it so I cannot really give a high number.

I was told that this flute would be an upgrade to a green sandalwood xiao I bought a year or so ago, but I’m disappointed to say that this wasn’t the case. The xiao is fine, but it doesn’t strike me as a professional instrument. It plays quite flat even when pushed in all the way, so I have to play with a pinched airy sound to get it in tune. That being said, originally the wrong flute was delivered and Sound of Mountain worked with me to get me the right flute, so I really appreciate it!

Customer service via chat before ordering was friendly and helpful. Though telling me that your shipping partner would handle any and all customs and fees that might apply is not truthful. I also haven't gotten any reply on my second message via chat, as well as on my message I left on the customer account page. Considering this, I'd be reluctant to order again, in case I'd be left alone, were any major problems to occur. Shipping itself was fine, within very reasonable time and without any hiccups. Also considering, that the shipping is not actually excluded from normal customs processing, prices are a bit higher than your competitors, though I still think they are fair.

Customer service was decent. Guy wasn't really helpful once I got my Guqin though.
