Sound of Mountain Music

The guzheng itself it’s good enough for beginners. But I did not receive the tuning spanner which should be included in the package. It was frustrating that I’ve been waiting a week for the shipper to respond and resend the tool. And it’s been two weeks that I still haven’t got the tuning spanner.

dear Sound of Mountain Music, please reimburse my payment. I never received the package. The post send it back to you.

I only got the informations said it's coming but still not heard anything

Very good quality but this wasn't the product I ordered (6 holes instead of 8). Pretty complicated to find a solution with the manufacturer.

The flute plays in Bb instead of C. As an answer to my email concerning this problem, the customer service told me that I played it badly. I did not have any other answer to my susequent emails.
