Not sure how you ship things, but it's obviously on a pretty slow boat.

Product was not delivered. Seller doesn’t respond to emails.

Took ages to get here, had to hound to get a response which was intermittent.

Refused to issue the refund after I paid for shipping to ship it back to the seller. The instrument came with broken and missing parts. Customer service sounds threatening and not helpful, bluntly refusing to come up with a solution. The shipment took 2 months instead of 2 weeks as it's described on the website. Very bad experience.

Came wrapped in what appeared to be scraps of paper, plastic and tape, with no indication of contents.
