A beautiful instrument, and it sounds really good. I actually bought 2 instruments within 3 days' time. Both arrived at the same time (about 3 weeks), which is reasonable, given that the products were shipped directly from China. They were both packaged very well. I received shipment notification for one but not for the other. So that would be my only suggestion: Send out notice of shipment more consistently. Otherwise, I am 100% satisfied!
